    I totally get your point , jus a heads up, he was level 31 and next day he is level 35, Why in hell a level 31 wud coin for ( he wud have got all research n upgrades at this level) Ships? perhaps . Jus keep an eye on his level now he is level 35, I hope he doesnt be level 38 by the time he comes to ur sector. They jump to hide their identity and can be under the radar from ppl's suspicion
