    Been reporting the same bug since 17th of July 2011...You cannot fix the issue!

    "Base "447441" not found. Your User ID is: 469115"

    I can't log in. There is no way to play the game, the bug is unfixable. You cannot replicate the bug or do anything to fix it.

    Is it so difficult to reset/delete my account so I can actually play the game with my friends? Is it asking so much? You have done nothing to fix this, despite me asking over and over and over and over and over and over again.

    In fact I would say by this stage I am 100% certain this problem is caused by corrupted data on the database and could be solved in 10 seconds if you just deleted this malfunctioning account altogether. I've been asking you to do this since July, it is now Decemeber. None of your so called 'fixes' work, I have lost count of the number of times I have posted on this problem and being ignored. Why won't you do something about it KIXEYE?

    Did you try logging into bym on a different computer?
    And you might be right, corruption in the database isn't uncommon for "bases XXX not found"

    this makes no sense. how can they say the can not find a base of one id, if your user id is a different number?

    First post - I've tried logging on with four different computers, same bug, same error, emailed support@KIXEYE, nothing was done. Emailed them about oh, five or six times now?

    Second post - You tell me. The user name and the base name do not match up. I've been telling KIXEYE this since July - it's obviously down to database corruption. The two don't match up so I can't log in, it's not rocket science, there's clearly something very, very wrong on the database for my account. I only want them to delete the account so I can play as they can't fix the issue!

    The fix for my problem to date seems to be, I report the fact that my base ID and user ID don't match up, that I've tried all the fixes and emailed the support team....and then they find some reason to lock down my thread so as to completely ignore the problem and hope it goes away. On a related note, this is the 46th post I've made about the same problem.

    I've sent six emails to that address to date. I get about as much response through that email address as I do posting here - none.
