If you had read my post in full entirety I had also said that if you want to play BYM you can go play it on Yahoo games. It is where i started playing BYM. The fact that you have e-mailing/posting every month to KIXEYE for the same issue is a moot point. They know there is a issue but yet appears to be nothing that can be done to fix the problem. As far as being in your position, I have been. I was actually paying for a game I couldn't play and as far as if it was a free game, I wouldn't let it piss me off like it apparently has you. Its a FREE game and as you said, this problem happened right after you started playing so not entirely sure why exactly you complain about it. You don't have much that you'd lost unlike other people who have been playing for a while. I could understand it if you had been playing for a while, but just starting out? Makes no sense. And since you seem rather determined not to play BYM any other place that FB, here is the link to the Yahoo version of it http://games.yahoo.com/game/backyard-monsters . You can either keep complaining and e-mailing them to a problem that may never get fixed or you can go play it else where. Its a simple solution and you are still able to play.

Fail troll. I have no interest in playing this game on yahoo. I have hundreds of friends on facebook and facebook is a community. Why would I start again on some wretched yahoo site I have no interest in playing on? Why should I have to endure six months of sheer unadulterated hell trying to get any answers or fixes from the support team on this game?

I tell you what though, if you were kicked out of this game for six months through no fault of your own, you told people the situation, then someone came along to you and said "Oh why don't you start over again on yahoo instead" you'd probably go ballistic at them for trolling you. As it is, I fully recognise a flame when I see one. So no, I will not be restarting on a yahoo account. I want to know why this problem cannot be fixed on facebook, what is being done about the issue, if anything and why people like yourself blindly support KIXEYE when you would be going absolutely CRAZY at them if the same thing happened to you.
