this is kinda pathetic that there is no fix and literally no help from the staff here
again, i am a paying customer and this needs to be addressed
It is a mess all over but they havent admitted it yet. Kix is still in somewhat of a denial.
Ive got a 2 terabyte , 12 gig system and run on Stratcom lines at 55 mbps and i get lag and errors such as this more often over last 2 weeks than ever.

Cache/cookies clearing doesnt do crap for most of the issues. Your issue is even worse as they have absolutely no clue on it.

bumping again - i have gone through the suggested steps and i receive no resolution or even a response
if this is an issue affecting multiple users, you need to do something about it. I made a thread a couple of weeks ago about this happening on kongregate and linked you to where i found postings from a hacker boasting that he can take over main yards and disable the game from being played by the owner. When i brought that up, you said "sorry, we only support facebook". Now that this is happening on facebook, you don't have an answer for this either, instead you send me a dead end email address just so no one talks about your lack of ability to control your own game in front of the rest of the players.
This is happening because of an exploit. There has to be a way to fix it. I have been playing this game since it's release and have spent time, money, and effort to max out everything - it wasn't cheap and now you won't even acknowledge that there is a problem. I can't even explain how frustrating it is to waste this much time and money on a game and not even be able to load it and the lack of follow through is laughable.
Can't you step in and at least try something? Rollback my yard to before this happened? delete my map room for me server side? anything would be better then nothing which is exactly what you're doing now.
We are aware of the issue and we're looking for a resolution. At this time there's no way to roll back your yard. I'm sorry I don't have better news.

that's exactly my point. shouldn't you at least make some sort of announcement about this glitch/bug? It only happens in map room 2. At least notify the players so they can choose to either roll the dice and have their yard hacked and game permanently destroyed or just recycle their map room and stick to that until this is fixed. This is just irresponsible.
I have made a considerable number of shiny purchases (both on facebook and kongregate) and if this isn't resolved, I will be looking into reversing payments and disputing charges for every shiny purchase made.
I have also made many payments of shiny/ facebook credits to get my bases ( bym, bp) and i also have the "Base "0" not found. [Interface/loadBase]" error. and also in battle pirates, i got my ass banned rendering my months of hard work and money spent on the game useless.. this was all because of some glitch that KIXEYE didnt fix...

PS. also, my empire points have fallen from 4.x Bil to something like 245 MIL.. my alliance has dropped something like.. 2000 ranks.. if you not gonna let me keep my base, at least let me keep my status....
