Missing Totems; Please Post Here

This thread is strictly for people with missing totems after the Second Wild Monster Invasion (WMI2).
Please do not post other problems or anything else, as it may be deleted without warning or response.

Before posting, please take these measure to assure that you are truly missing your totem:

1.) Check around your entire yard to make sure you are not simply looking over it. By looking on your Yard Planner, it should appear as a bright, blue square.
2.) Check your item storage. You can view it by going to "Buildings" and clicking on the "Decorations" tab. It should be under "Special" if it is in storage.
3.) Clear your internet cache (you can find instructions on how to do so by using Google).
4.) Try the game in a different browser (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox, etc.) and on a different computer if possible.
5.) Have a friend (if any play) view your yard to see if they can see it.

If you have resolved it by using steps 1-4, great! Please post how you resolved the problem if you did. However, if step 5 applies, make sure you include that info along with the following:

When reporting a missing totem, after following the above steps, please include:

1.) Your User ID (underneath your game screen).
2.) The internet browser you are using.
3.) If step 5 (from above) worked or not.
4.) As much detail as you can about what happened when your totem went missing (game froze, Flash player crashed, etc.).

1) Not in yard.
2) Not in Storage.
3) Cleared cache without effect.
4) Used Chrome and IE. Was not visible on another computer
5) Friend can't see it.

4) During WMI2, my totem disappeared but I was able to recover it through storage. I am not able to determine when my totem disappeared again since I just noticed this issue today; However, I do recall a couple days past when I was receiving the 'oops something broke' message multiple times immediately before Backyard Monsters went completely down for an update.

1.) It doesn't exist even in my yard planner
2.) Not in my storage
3.) I already cleared my cache
4.) I used Google chrome and Internet explorer
5.) They also can't see it

2) using Chrome (cleared all) Also tried Firefox cleared all and nothing still.
3) step Five they looked didn't see it and its not there.
4) just logged on and seen the second totem (the one from wild invasion 2) was no longer there.

-1st time it went missing was because adobe flash player crashed, then i got it back half way through wmi 2, then after the moolch attack (or however u god dam spell it) it went missing again

did all steps don't work---use safari---ID# 16128202-I lost totem 1st wave # 10 and it was in storage then it went missing at wave 17

Was placed, disappeared, re-appeard in storage, was placed again, disappeared again.
Not in yard, not in storage, cache is cleared, I only have IE 9, I can't seem to get anybody else to tell me if they se it.

- I see the lvl 30 totem, but friends (even logged into my computer) only see the lvl1 totem
I understand this is for missing totems, but I couldn't find a thread for demoted totems..

4) I have tried the game in FF9 and IE9 on two different computers
5) I don't have any friends who play (I'm working on that :>)

4) My Wave 1 totem disappeared around Wave 3-4. When I beat wave 10, I got the wall post and notification about totem upgrade, but there was no totem. A day or so later, when I entered the game, I got a popup message telling me that my totem was in storage, where it was. I left it there. When I beat Wave 20, my totem in storage was upgraded, and since I wasn't going farther than 20, I pulled it out and put it in my yard. It was there for several days. Then the first Moloch wave came, and the totem disappeared again.

ID 15215887 all 5 tip did nothing I keep checking in building/decoration/special/everywhere
my nephew can't see it on his computer
I use chrome and I'v checked on firefox and I.E.
I just logged in the day after WMI2 finished and the totem wasn't there
