help with error #1009

Recently, I have upgraded one of my harvest silos into level 10. All of them-4 silos were all level 10. My problem is that supposedly, the capacity of each silo is 21 000 000 up but I was so surprise when a few days ago until now it becomes 19 350 000. I was so devastated about this problem. Hope youll help me ASAP.
P.S I also lost 20 shiny even without using it.

yeah I did..hmmm I was also thinking that must be the reason why my harvest silos decrease their capacity..

Do you have an outpost than have been take overed or destroyed by other players couple of times ago? if yes your silo capacity is reduced by 2-3m because of an destroyed outpost.

Ah,so thats it..its better if I dont have an outpost,its frustrating. IF ever I get back my outpost, will it return the original capacity of my harvest silos?

Each op will increase storage capacity by 2m per resource.

just go to another place where its peaceful so your outposts wont be took over, in MR 2 i only been attack less than 10 attacks in my WHOLE LIFE OF PLAYING BM IN MAP ROOM 2

and what's with help with error #1009? its just an example of it (it means like 'help with error totem poles not appearing" "help with error monsters vanish in bunkers")
