KIXEYE, why you sleep at work ?

KIXEYE, you have got to be kidding me, this player have so many account yet you still cant ban him after i reported to your support page for so many days. not only me is reporting this guy !

this is only a few i can capture, he got more than these. i can only attach 4 images
take a look everyone, can anyone tell me why is this guy cant be banned ? do you need high tech tracking tool to track him down or you just simply too lazy to bother ?

If you reported this a few days ago you reported it in the middle of a holiday weekend. Support is a bit backlogged but they are catching up.
