It is quite simple to move a building in BYM.

  1. Click and hold your mouse down on the building for 1 second. It is important to keep the mouse still while doing this or you will just scroll the map.
  2. All buildings will fade and show their footprints (like when you place a new building)
  3. Release your mouse and move the building to its new location, you can click and drag to scroll the map.
  4. Click when the building is in its new location.


If the footprint is red the new location is blocked by something and the building will return to its original position if you try to place it.

You can not move buildings that are constructing or upgrading.

We do plan to make a building which lets you quickly move your base around with a top-down view.
